It is a requirement of Nominet UK that all persons registering a domain name enter into a contract of registration with Nominet UK.

“You agree that if there is a dispute about your domain name, including .uk domains, it may be handled through Nominet UK’s Dispute Resolution Service (DRS), which is available at https://www.nominet.uk/domains/resolving-uk-domain-disputes-and-complaints/.”

Stage 1: Your Issue

Stage 2: Escalating your issue

If you are unhappy with the out come of your complaint please submit to our contact page and request a call back and one of our managers will call you back in 48 hours between the hours of 9am to 5 pm Monday to Friday.

Raising an Appeal

If after discussing Complaint you are dissatisfied with the response provided, or the way your issue has been dealt with, you can lodge an appeal by writing to the address provided on our contact page.
